BESPOKE BLINDS
Blinds are hugely popular as a window dressing. They work as an excellent solution for many styles of window and appeal to both traditional and modern tastes. Roman Blinds are my go to speciality, offering clean lines for a modern solution to dressing a window. For peace of mind and ease of use I only use child safety compliant tracks and breakaway systems.
Each is handmade and can be unlined or lined, interlined or blackout lined, depending on the requirements. In addition, borders, a shaped edge and trims are all options to consider. Roller Blinds are also available to order and can be a good option for narrow spaces, or to fit behind other window dressings for a layering effect.
Working
WITH ME
CONSULTATION
An initial phone call / visit to discuss your requirements. Fabrics, Colour and Style of Blind will all be considered. Measurements of the window, either in the recess or on the wall will be taken.
QUOTE
It may take a few goes, but a quote will be drawn up on what has been discussed. The details will be based on the initial consultation and any ongoing correspondence. Once the quote is agreed in writing and the initial payment is made, orders will be placed for the fabrics, blind tracks, trims etc and the process will start.
FITTING and FINISHING
Made to order, my blinds are made to the highest standard, and are compliant under the current Child Safety Requirements. Once completed, items are checked and packed ready for delivery. Fitting Instructions are provided for you to put them up yourself, or I can arrange for the fitting to be done for you! This can be either by myself or a professional fitter dependant on what they are being fixed in to. The cost of this will not be included within the initial quote.
How can I order?
Orders can be made initially by contacting myself via e.mail or by phone call. From here the consultation process will begin.
Can I provide my own Measurements?
Yes, but these will only be accepted on the understanding that any incorrect measurements are not the responsibility of Corinna Vincent Design. A ‘How to measure for Blinds’ pdf will be provided to help avert any problems. Re-makes due to wrong sizes are explained in the T&C’s.
Fitting and Hanging
All Blinds can be delivered ready for you to hang, with guides to help. Alternatively, a professional fitter and myself can do the work for you! This will not be included in the making and will be quoted for separately.
Do you deliver?
I can deliver within Fife, or have delivery arranged to other areas.
What is your exchange policy?
All items are made to order, therefore there is no exchange policy. Faulty items are covered in Terms and Conditions.
Where is your store?
My Workroom is by Appointment Only and is located 1.5miles from Upper Largo, Fife.
